The SyncNest Foundation is governed using a transparent, ethical, and evidence-informed framework that ensures all programs, partnerships, and digital tools are delivered safely, responsibly, and in alignment with our charitable purpose.

The SyncNest Foundation will be guided by a small, skilled board with expertise in:

  • community programs

  • youth intervention

  • digital health and technology

  • governance & compliance

  • financial oversight

  • no clinical advice or diagnostic content

  • optional and minimal data collection
